James A. Graf, our CEO, has served as a founder and executive officer or as an active director of six other SPACs, including as Chief Executive Officer of Graf Industrial Corp. from June 2018 until the closing of its business combination with Velodyne Lidar, Inc. in September 2020.  Mr. Graf served as a Founder and Chief Financial Officer for Global Eagle Acquisition Corp., Silver Eagle Acquisition Corp. and Double Eagle Acquisition Corp., each completing their initial business combinations in 2013, 2015 and 2017, respectively. Mr. Graf served as a non-independent director of Platinum Eagle Acquisition Corp., which completed its initial business combination in 2019. Mr.Graf is also an independent director for Catcha Investment Corp, a SPAC focused on the technology industry in Southeast Asia and Australia, which completed its initial public offering in January 2021.

Following the closing of Global Eagle and Silver Eagle‚Äôs initial business combinations with Row 44, Inc./Advanced Inflight Alliance AG and Videocon d2h Limited, respectively, Mr. Graf continued to serve for more than a year as a special advisor to the operating companies for special projects such as financing, acquisitions and investor relations.  He served as an alternate on the board of directors of Videocon d2h Limited and as a board director of Velodyne Lidar, Inc. 

Sabrina McKee served on the board of directors of Graf Industrial Corp. and as the Head of ECM at CRT, which was a leading specialty firm active in SPACs.

As a merger and acquisitions banker at Bank of America Securities, Sterling Cross was a M&A advisor on two SPAC transactions.
